Cherishing Children Challenge
The Children’s Advocacy Center of Benton County will host the eight annual “Cherishing Children Challenge” 5K and 1-mile walk on Saturday, September 13, 2008 at the Little Flock City Park. Registration begins at 7:00am with the one mile walk at 7:45am and 5K race at 8:15am. Winners will receive awards for both categories. All pre-registered participants receive a t-shirt and a gift filled bag. The fee for either the walk or run is $10 for students and $15 for adults.

The Cherishing Children Challenge has two main purposes: To bring the community together for awareness of child abuse in Benton County with a day of fun. Proceeds from the event will benefit the center which provides comprehensive services for child victims and their families.
